"Absolute debacle, mailed us a auto quote and then refused to honor quote. Attempted to sign up for a 20 year life insurance policy, the single most frustrating 2 weeks. They spend roughly 1 week attempting to send a docu-sign, countless phone calls, countless texts and in the end I just wanted to cancel my life insurance policy out of frustration and was told it would now greatly affect my auto insurance. As a whole State Farm is a decent insurance provider but stay far away from this branch. Very disappointed- hopefully they can do better.
“UPDATE” sitting down, enjoying a relaxing moment when I received a phone call from David around 7PM this evening, I thought wonderful David is calling to understand the failure at his branch and make amends to his customers. Boy was I wrong, he immediately began attacking me , indicating that all the mishaps were somehow my fault, I made multiple attempts to calmly explain what went wrong but David kept talking over me, I was shocked. I now understand why. For the sake of clarity, when I said David “attacked me”-I don’t mean he was swearing or shouting at me, he was mostly calm during the exchange. David, we are still happy to explain what happened over the past few weeks, it might make your branch better one day. Good luck"
